Tesla Model S: Pivot Lock - Seat back - 2nd Row Seat - LH (Remove and Replace)

Removal

  1. Remove LH rear seat back rest assembly (refer to procedure)
  2. Remove E-clip securing pivot lock.

    Pivot Lock - Seat back - 2nd Row Seat - LH (Remove and Replace)

  3. Slide pivot lock from backrest frame.
Installation Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.

    Removal Remove glove box assembly (refer to procedure) Disconnect duct temperature sensor harness connector. Remove screw securing duct to HVAC assembly, release from spigot and position duct aside (torque 1 Nm).
