Tesla Model S: Trim - Cushion

Trim - Cushion - Driver's Seat (Remove and Replace)

Removal Note: This component cannot be serviced individually. To service this component, perform the following: Replace the driver's seat trim and foam assembly (refer to procedure). Installation Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.

Trim - Cushion - Front Passenger's Seat (Remove and Replace)

Removal Note: This component cannot be serviced individually. To service this component, perform the following: Refer to one of the following:
  • North America: Replace the passenger's seat base assembly (refer to procedure).
  • Europe/Asia Pacific: Replace the passenger's seat trim and foam assembly (refer to procedure).
Installation Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.

     Pipe - High Pressure - Sub-Cool Condenser to Chiller (Remove and Replace)

    Removal Recover refrigerant from the vehicle (refer to procedure) Remove front skid plate (refer to procedure) Remove nut (x1) securing pipe to sub-cool condenser (torque 8 Nm). Remove nut (x1) securing pipe retaining plate to TXV (torque 12 Nm).
