Model S has five USB ports:
Two USB ports are located in the front compartment
of the center console. These can be used to charge
USB devices and to play audio files from a phone or
USB device
NOTE: For saving Sentry Mode and Dashcam footage,
Tesla recommends using the USB port located in the
glovebox. Doing so increases security and minimizes
power consumption.

Removal
Position the vehicle so that there is full access to the
driver's door.
Lower the window.
Open the door for access.
Remove the screws (x3) that secure the trim pad to the door.
Note: Two of the screws are concealed by the door
handle insert (torque 3 Nm) and

Remove the IP carrier (refer to procedure).
Remove the center console (refer to procedure).
Remove the nuts (x2) that secure the driver knee airbag. Retain
the washers (x2). Disconnect the harness connector and remove the
airbag from the vehicle (torque 10.5 Nm).
