Tesla Model S: Calibration - Panoramic Roof Assembly

Tesla Model S (2012-2024) Service Manual / Roof / Calibration - Panoramic Roof Assembly

Check

  1. Close panoramic roof glass using touch screen.
  2. Connect a laptop with Toolbox to the vehicle.
  3. In Toolbox, select Views > Body/Security > Panoramic Sunroof, then select "Calibrate". The sunroof opens and closes.
  4. When calibration is complete, disconnect the laptop with Toolbox from the vehicle.
Adjust

If the entire roof frame has been changed: Ensure the sliding panel does not foul or lift the rubber seal on the fixed glass panel as it opens. This must be conducted before the urethane sealant cures. Adjust frame locally to achieve desired operation.

     Wheel Sensor - TPMS (Remove and Replace) - Installation

    Installation Clean and inspect the wheel and valve hole. Remove any dirt, burrs, or swarf. Install the valve retaining screw to the wheel sensor. Note: Ensure that the square faces are parallel with the slot in the sensor.
