Refrigerant evacuation and recharging
The HVAC and battery coolant circuits are sealed to prevent the
discharge of refrigerant. The refrigerant must be recovered before any
removal of system components using the recommended equipmen
Debris or moisture in the A/C system
Internally or externally damaged components can cause debris and
moisture to enter the A/C system. Perform the following procedures if
debris or excessive moisture ingress is suspected.

Window Motor/Regulator Assembly - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Remove window glass (refer to procedure)
Remove bolts (x3) securing door control unit to door and tie
aside (torque 1 Nm).
Remove screws (x6) securing regulator closing panel to door
inner (torque 4 Nm).
Release regulator access panel and tie aside.
Motor - Active Louver - Front Fascia (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Remove front fascia active louver vent (refer to procedure)
Remove screws (x3) securing louver drive motor to vent assembly
(torque 1 Nm).
Remove louver drive motor.
